To win that, the Doom Bots of Tier 10 would have to be broken, or akin to something completely impossible. To make beating Tier 10 even more of an alluring challenge, it could be so that you’ll also receive a completely unique and exclusive skin for one of the champions you own. I wouldn’t suggest there’d be a paywall preventing League players from entering the Doom Bots gamemode (because that would be a little kick to the teeth), unless it was done using in-game IP spend a little to make a lot. Taking inspiration from The Arena gamemode from Blizzard Entertainment’s Hearthstone, Doom Bots could be another way for players to turn massive amounts of Influence Points (IP), with the reward scaling in conjunction with the difficulty of the Doom Bots’ AI. So, I did a little bit of brainstorming on how Riot Games could make Doom Bots more rewarding to League of Legends players and how the studio could make the gamemode a permanent feature, and I came up with something that might work. Having just completed level five of Doom Bots, I can’t help but feel a little disappointed that there wasn’t any sort of in-game reward from finishing the gamemode, other than the self-satisfaction of being able to say, “ yeah, I beat level five Doom Bots. Riot Games recently released the Doom Bots to League of Legends last week, which is essentially a gamemode where the game’s AI Bots are turned up to 11 in terms of frustrating(ly hilarious) difficulty.
